Mr. Brehmer holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Abraham Lincoln University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University, Bakersfield holding a 3.93 Grade Point Average. He completed law school on an accelerated program by graduating 6 months early and becoming the first graduate to achieve this standard. He is also a graduate of the National College of DUI Defense Winter Session 2011, the Texas Bar Association's Mastering Scientific Evidence Seminars in both 2010 and 2011.

Mr. Brehmer has administered several hundred blood draws, venipunctures, and subcutaneous injections as a hemodialysis technician. Mr. Brehmer was trained in Forensic Chromatography at Axion Laboratory in Chicago. Mr. Brehmer brings specific knowledge to this area of the law which has proved valuable in defending DUI cases.
